Shipping & returns

Delivery

Pieces in stock leave within a week; made-to-order pieces take six to eight weeks. Our own team delivers across mainland Portugal, Spain, France, the Benelux, Germany and Italy, carries each piece to the room you choose, unwraps and places it, and takes the packaging away.

White-glove delivery is free over 2,000 €, and 90 € per room below that.

Returns

Pieces from stock can be returned within thirty days of delivery; we collect them. Made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

Damage

Check every piece before our team leaves. If you find damage later, send us a photo within seven days and we repair or replace it.
